SCHEDULING: Courses are scheduled on an ongoing basis. When we have enough students registered for a course, we contact each student with preferred times for the course, and then we schedule. We like to keep classes small, to ensure each student gets the maximum benefit from each course.
If you are interested, register! You do not pay now, and you can always change your mind. We will contact you when the course schedule is being determined. Register for as many courses as you like.

QiGong: Qi means air or breath of life (spirit), and gong means discipline or practice. Qigong then, is the art of combining meditation with exercise.
It is a wonderful science of balancing the energy in the body with the use of breathing and slow-moving exercises. Rooted in early China, it is a way to keep both body and mind healthy. It is exercise that is non strenuous and energizing. These classes may be held at the Marietta Community School.
